Oh Lord,
I pray that Your eye’s will always be before my own.
That my feet may not stray from the straight and narrow road where You hold and lead me by my hand.
I pray that my heart will always know You wherever You may be.
In words or deeds
In thoughts or feelings
Will I know You, and You only.
In Your name, Jesus I pray

As the world outside our windows begins the process of entering into rest, I see The Lord waking His church. Shaking us from our deep, and soothing slumber.
It’s time to wake up! Stand up! And get moving.
…Yawning deeply she stretches the parts of her body that have been unused for so long. As she wipes the sleep from her eyes she becomes aware that the time she has dreampt of is here…
As the presidential race nears the finish line, I can’t help but wonder……Is God a Republican or a Democrat?
As with everything else both parties lay claim to God’s support, and blessing.
The Great Father above a Shepard Chief is. I am His, and with Him I want not. He throws out to me a rope and the name of the rope is love and He draws me to where the grass is green and the water not dangerous, and I eat and lie down and am satisfied. Sometimes my heart is very weak and falls down but He lifts me up again and draws me into a good road. His name is Wonderful.
Sometime, it may be very soon, it may be a long, long time, He will draw me into a valley. It is dark there, but I’ll be afraid not, for it is between those mountains that the Shepard Chief will meet me and the hunger that I have in my heart all this life will be satisfied.
He gives me a staff to lean upon. He spreads a table before me with all kinds of food. He puts His hand upon my head and all the “tired” is gone. My cup He fills till it runs over. What I tell is true. I lie not. These roads that are “away ahead” will stay with me through this life and after; and afterwards I will go to live in the Big Teepee and sit down with the Shepard Chief forever.
